[Resolved]  State Bank Of India — Fixed deposit certificate yet not received

Dear Sir, My account number is [protected], Nirol branch IFSC code no 0006584, i fixed deposit amount Rs 2.8 lakes time 8.6 years dated 03.12.2014 . Already i applied but yet amount not to credit our SBI account, yet not receive certificate .SBI clerks Mr Sandip is not responding properly, Branch Manager says, i am helpless, at this stage what do i do ? This type of employ is engaged SBI, i request to SBI, kindly through out this type of employ, actually total enviorment is disturbed this branch . Always they are not properly doing this work . Also said this work will be done 12.12.2014 . This is SBI . Pl look this matter . Regards Sukhenjit Datta
