I, Akash Agarwal on behalf of my mother, Anita Agarwal, an account holder at SBI with following account details:

BRANCH : SBI, Dhenkanal, ODISHA
The bank claims that an overwithdrawal of Rs 35000 has been made through the aforesaid ATM card. Whereas this account does not carry any overdraft facility and they fail to prove any amount of overdraft after the latest passbook update as well. There was also some unauthorised transactions made through the account after the ATM card was found missing. But still the records do not show any overdraw made by the account till the ATM was blocked.Then suddenly we receive a notice regarding the overdraw. We gave a written complain regarding such baseless notice to the branch manager of the bank. A scanned copy of the complain receipt is attached with this complaint. And inspite of our repeated follow ups with the bank on this issue, they seem to ignore our pleas and do not give us any clear idea on the matter. They rather keep sending us notices about the additional interest on the amount withdrawn and threaten us against legal action. This is very much harrassing and we are tired at our efforts to solve this matter. The account holder being a widow and me staying out of town add to our existing misery.
So we write you to take a quick and proper action to our support.
