[Resolved] State Bank Of India — I will take legal action against SBI | |||
Hello Sir/Madam, I am here lodging a complaint against the fraudulent that I encountered. My name is Jitendra And My SBI Account no is – [protected]. On the date of I made 5000 withdrawal transaction from SBI ATM but it showed cash cannot be dispensed (txn number -1156). However, my bank account got debited 5000 INR from my account. Thereafter, I made another transaction and this time I got my 5000 INR this time (txn no-1157). I lodged two complaints one after another 1st complaint no - AT[protected] and 2nd complaint no- AT[protected] but got the response that “THIS TRANSACTION IS SUCCESSFUL. RELEVANT DOCUMENTS SENT TO YOUR BRANCH”. I visited to my branch they showed me documents that your both transactions were successful. But this is not true because I did not get cash in my first transaction. I am totally puzzled and depressed because I am not the millionaire hence 5000 INR matters a lot for me. I am going through much agony and depression. I would like you to make a detailed inquiry about this matter and check the CCTV and other details of the ATM Branch .SBI SIHI GATE BALLABGARH Pin Code - 121004, Faridabad I hope you will respond and look into this matter with great concern.
