1) I have taken home loan of 10 Lac Rs from SBI Chinchwad branch at fixed interest rate of 7.25 % in 2006 for duration of 10 years. My loan account number is ([protected])
2) It is incorrectly set up in SBI system as floating rate. It seems every loan account has a product code applied to it and in my case wrong product code got applied. After multiple follow up, SBI could not fix the issue in the system for last 7 years.
3) SBI acknowledged the issue and did settlement against extra deductions twice (once in 2010 and second in May 2013).
4) In Jan 2014, I got letter from SBI saying my loan tenure is increased from 10 years to 15 years.
5) I wrote email to SBI email including sbi.[protected]@sbi.co.in, agmcustomer.[protected]@sbi.co.in, [protected]@sbi.co.in.
My main points are -
a) SBI should fix the issue.
b) They should bring transparency and adjust over paid amounts accordingly.
c) They should tell me correct closing balance so I can close my account instead of having such headache every month.
