State Bank Of India — Irresponsible staff at sbi,bellandur gate,sarjapur

Date: 20 april 2015 Time b/w 11.00 to 11.30 am I approached the staff at Bellandur gate, Sarjapur at the counter no:5 who is issuing the SBI green remit card.I don't have an account at SBI, and want to transfer an amount of 6000/- from Bangalore to an account at Pune .First she told to get a copy of id proof and photograph which I did for SBI green remit card.When I approached her for the second time with application form, photo and id proof, she without looking the a/c details told that such a/c is not existing. SBI has very good reputation all over India but the behaviour of such staffs is disgusting.
