Sir, I am Goutam Mondal. I had a SB account in Gobardanga brace A/C no is [protected]. Which pass book is lost on 10-12-13. Then I have GD on Gobardanga PS. which GD no is 260/13 date 10-12-13. GD, s original coppy and all documents for KYC are submited on bank on 10-12-13. But till date is not upto date for KYC and I have not any transaction in this account.I have contact in brance maneger in many times but they have not any entertain in this matter.
