[Resolved]  State Bank of India — Lazy approach of Employees and their lack of knowledge regarding new technologies

SBI bank is a very highly reputed bank organization and also one of the busiest banks in Mumbai. In my Kalyan area (Thane District, Mumbai, Maharashtra) earlier there was only one branch in Kalyan West and it was like hell to go there and complete some transactions because of the huge rush. But then the bank opened a new branch in Kalyan East area and it was quite a good decision because of the trouble which we had to face when the bank was located in Kalyan west. But the biggest mistake which SBI have made is the selection of employees. The bank has a large number o[censored]sers because of which its always congested and busy in the bank. But the employees who all are stationed here are not at all bothered about the customers. They have the worst respect for the customers and our time. There is no time for Lunch break or Tea breaks assigned but they take their own breaks according to their wish. And also the employees instead of taking turns in refreshing and completing the job, they all take their breaks together at a specified time irrespective of the large groups of people waiting for their urgent transactions to be completed. And also most of the time, the network of the bank is either down or slow (Or the employees are slow). But the employees never do anything from their part to increase the efficiency. Its a very bad experience to bank with you personally. And i use your online banking system, which i feel is the best. Thank you for that good/best experience Online and hope that this issue may at least be checked upon.
