Dear Sir, With due respect i Mrs Biva Rani Deb W/O Late Makhan Lal Deb 3 no and 3/1 Aashutosh Mukharajee lane Salkia Howrah 6. Would like to state that i have a SB Account No- [protected] in the name of Biva Rani Deb and my dauhter in law smt Anjana Deb in your branch during computerisation (from manual), my sur name has been made( DEV). Which will be Deb not Dev all legals document has been submitted to you as Biva Rani Deb. I am going to bank from two month regarding this, but bank manager and asst manager only doing to misbehave regarding this.
