State Bank Of India — No proper response on complaint launched ( Credit Card ) | |||
Dear Sir, As i RAJESH BABU.B holding a credit card with your State Bank of India had given a complaint regarding my annual fees charges. Which your telemarketing team had wrongly committed.I had called your customer care on 10th March 2015 and explained briefly regarding the issue. And they had committed to arrange a call back by 22nd March 2015 and did not response. And on 23rd March 2015 i had again called your customer care regarding my complaint feed back they had told me complaint still under process and will get back to me with in 24 hours and no response till now. If in case of not responding i would like to cancel my credit card.Kindly request you to take this issue in priority and do the needful.
