My father bearing a/c no [protected], has been a customer of SBI since 10 years.Recently he was expired on may 20 due to ill health.As he is uneducated, the bank employees neglected to register the nominee names of our family members. Inspite of their negligence we have submitted all records and documents according to SBI rules and regulations in the branch August month.But still the process to forward the documents is in vain. we have submitted all forms and documents to transfer the deposits to our mother.Please take this complaint as request to take an immediate step.
