[Resolved]  State Bank Of India — Non availability of new ATM card in respect of Savings A/c no. [protected] in place of old ATM cards

ToThe Branch Manager, S.B.I, Krishnagar Branch, P.O.- Krishnagar, Dist.- Nadia.Sir, I would like to state that I have a Savings Account bearing no. [protected] with your bank branch. I have an ATM card having no. [protected] which is old, obsolete now and need to be changed. But, I visited the branch and was told to send a complaint and then the branch will provide the new ATM card. So, I have not been provided with new ATM card till date. So, I am not able to withdraw money through ATM now. I, therefore, request you to take this email as a complaint and take necessary action at your end so that I shall be able to operate savings account through ATM again.
