State Bank of India — non receipt of atm

Address:Ballia, Uttar Pradesh

i have an joint account in SBI Ballia branch (a/c no.[protected]), which was not active. I have deposited KYC to activate my account in May 2013 and also give an application for issue of ATM card to branch manager but till date i have not received my atm card, since i am defence personal i am facing difficulties with this issue. Please arrange to expedite and insure delivery of atm at the earliest. My mobile no. is [protected]
