State Bank Of India — Non refund of amount deducted while making a Payment | |||
Hi my account number is [protected]. Branch Gomti Nagar Lucknow. I was trying to pay my Bajaja Finserv EMI of Rs 2225/- on 6th January 2015 but after entering the password a 404 error i.e page not available came on a merchant website. Next day I received a call from Bajaj Finserv asking me to make the payment as no amount has been received from me. So I made the payment and the transaction was successfull. So I opened a ticket on Online Sbi website stating all the details of the failed transactions Ticket Number : CD[protected] Date of Complaint 9 Januray 2015 Then I got a response saying that the ticket is closed but when I checked my account no amount was refunded. So I called the toll free number and the representative asked me to open another ticket. So I raised another ticket Ticket Number PG[protected] Date of complaint 13th January 2015 For this also I got a response that the ticket is closed and resolved but I havent received any amount in my account. I again called the toll free number and he asked me to go to my Home Branch from there only you will be able to get more details about the refund. Let me tell you I stay in Bangalore and my Home Branch is Lucknow Uttar Pradesh so It is not feasible for me to travel 2500km for 2225 Rs. Please provide a sensible advice to me and also try to refund my amount as soon as possible.
