State Bank Of India — Not received ATM/DEBIT Card for A/c No # [protected] | |||
Dear Sir, I have opened my Savings Bank account with R.T. Nagar Branch, Bangalore, two weeks back (approx). I have requested for Cheque Book and ATM/ Debit card as well. I have received only my Cheque Book but not the Debit card from Bank. While calling the my branch, they gave me the India Post EMS number "eq[protected]in". You can check the number online in India Post corporate website. It reflects that the shipment is lying at "Jalahalli HO". Please be noted that, in your corporate website you have mentioned that "we will get the the Debit card within 7 working days after submitting the application, directly by sped post at your address". You are not complying to this. Kindly address it. Q. When will I receive my ATM-cum-Debit Card and PIN? A. You will receive your card within 7 working days after submitting the application, directly by Speed post at your recorded address. Kindly collect your PIN from the card issuing branch after receipt of the card and carry your card / passbook as identity proof. Also please be noted that, this is Branch responsibility to take care if the ATM/DEBIT card safely reach at the recipient's address or not. The recipient should not run after the post offices to collect the shipment. The communication address already registered with your system and I have already received the cheque book from the respective branch.i.e. R.T.Nagar Branch.
