State Bank Of India — not received the welcome kit

I have opened an account in SBI and deposited 2500 rupees on 3.03.2015 but till not received the welcome kit, the bank authorities have said that within 10 days you will receive the welcome kit. Apart from that the attitude of bank manager is not good. If a person goes for opening an account he says that E-aadhar is not a valid proof, I request to the higher authorities of SBI to please check the officer at Shalimar Garden SBI and stop harassing the common people.
