I had purchased the property from SBI Karur under (Public Auction under SARFACI ACT2002) 11.12.2013. The Sales Certificate and other documents mentioned the above property was a land is 3761.75 sq.ft. But the entire Building is now 3254St. ft. Regarding this matter I conducted the Branch Manager. Branch Manager was told after sales I cannot give any service from SBI.and I also conducted the municipal Surveyor as on 25.07.2014. But he was told me me the property was purchased from SBI, karur. I had reported to SBI (complain no: [protected] dated 11.11.2013) and I had not received the any from response your end. So I reported to Banking OmBudsman. and lawyer notice to your bank Authourised Offier. After I had approached the Karur Municipality (with ex-owner letter) then I had received the the Plan approval copy from Karur Municipality and then attested by the your Authorised Officer
