State Bank Of India (SBI) — Bank not registering complain for failed transaction but money debited

Dear sir / mam, I used debit card at Pos Lifestyle for Rs 1899, transaction was declined, i recieved transaction failed reciept but money debited. I called number given at back of debit card to register complain. I had call 4 times but no one register complain, they first told call after few mins, then told after hour, then told call after few hour, then after 1 day when i call they told will take 45 days to resolve complain and droped the call without taking complain. I want my money to be refunded and action against such executives behaviour. Details are : Date - 26 August 2015 Amount : 1899 Sbi debit card[protected] Branch - opera house mumabai Transaction no[protected] Regards, Dr Kunal
