State Bank Of India [SBI] — Collecting extra interest amount for my education loan.

Dear Sir, .
i am baskar from sannasi nallur village. i have borrowed rs 116000 as my education loan. due to some personal reason i could not pay the amount for few years.after few reminders i started to pay some amount to the bank.but suddenly the sold my all the documents to RELIANCE ARC and i went and asked the branch to give proper reason for selling the account.but they are not ready to disclose about anything including the pending loan amount.an now they are telling that the RELIANCE ARC ONLY RESPONSIBLE for the loan which i borrowed from SBI.Now the RELIANCE ARC asking me to pay rs.260000 as my loan amount.regarding this i already sent 3 petitions to CM CELL of Tamil nadu. but there is no proper response from anyone.
kindly solve the issue.otherwise i have no choice than trying because my family is very poor.
