State Bank Of India (sbi) Credit Card — Too much heavy hidden charges in credit card statement

Respected Sir Mysel[censored] D Patel Credit Card holder ( Card no [protected] ). Last four to five months i received statement of credit card which is too much heavy amount. I don't know how it is possible as whatever i purchase or cash from ATM or lone.but no body want to explain me for too much heavy charges. Two time call cut by customer care. they said that statement is correct. but i could not under stand how it is possible, so please solve my complain other wise i have to close card facility . There is no need to continue. I hope that my complain will be resolve Thanks
