State Bank Of India [SBI] — Debit card not received from bank

Address:Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, 201001

I blocked my previous atm card of account no.[protected] in the name of ajay mohan bhatnagar 2 months ago and issued a new one the same day, but i have not received any card till date.. There is no response either from branch or from customer care. I visited the local branch recently but they do not have atm card in my name and told to talk to customer care and when i talked to customer care they told to contact local branch but neither of them listens. It is my salary account and i am having troubles because of this.

DD is no issued in due time, bank clerk say that it will be issued on 4:00 pm. I want to ensure you that is this is the criteria of issuance of Demand draft.and I request the concerned bank to solve my promlem and inform me what is the actual time for issance of Demand draft.
