I am receiving messages from AM-CBSSBI stating that EMI due on 25082016 in a/c XXXXX422577. Please ignore, if paid. If not paid, charges for late payment of EMI of Rs.573+penal [protected]@2% shall be debited to ur A/C. I do not hold an account mentioned above. I am receiving this message for the last two months and I am not sure why. I should not be receiving such messages, please solve this issue at the earliest.

Dear Sir,

I've made of purchase at one of the outlets worth 55k. The transaction got failed but the money got debited. Please refund my money.

How a bank like sbi can do this.. When I called the customer care, no one has replied. Kindly take this with high priority.
