State Bank Of India (SBI) — General complaint regarding shortage of coins

Dear sir, we are facing huge shortage of coins .due to shortage of coins retailer /shop owner and many business ve been suffered.they have no other option to distribute choclates of rs 1/2 or any other products between value rs 1 to rs 5 to give change .customer is suffering more due to this as he also has no option to accept this extra purchase without any need. only the sbi is distributing the coins once in a week .this is not sufficient as there is large que for getting coins from the rbi .for getting coins we have to spend more than 2 to 3 hours of time in working hour .it is not affordable and economically viable as we have to spoil our precious business ours . india is a large population contry .how it is possible only for the sbi to distribute the coins to this large population? we request u to please start distribution program of coins in all the psu banks and its all branches so that more and more peoples can get benefit of coins distribution .if possible distribute the coins from all the private sector banks .please declare the day and time for distribution of coins for all the banks on website for quick and easy information availability. we hope u will take necessary and urgent steps to solve the issue at the earliest.
