State Bank Of India [SBI] — Grievance on incorrect roi charged on fd od account | |||
Hello, I have an fdod account no. [protected] in vejalpur branch since last 1 year. Due to change in interest rate on deposits, all my deposits rate decreased to current rate but with 1 deposit they have not changed the rate as because the rule says for fdod, rate of interest will be charged on maximum rate of interest on deposits. And due to that only, they have not updated the rate of interest for 1 deposit and charging with higher rate of interest than actual since last 3 months. After spoken to mr. Gohel (Branch manager - vejalpur) he deny to help me and short out this issue. State bank of india - vejalpur branch cheated us by changing higher rate of interest on fdod account. Following up SBI branch manager from long time not getting any response at all. this type of behavior is ruining the image of SBI. Such an irresponsible manager should be thrown out of his responsibilities.
