State Bank Of India [SBI] — Inefficiency of sbi bank in relation to online banking. | |||
I tried online recharge for my aircel mobile sim card and it was not successful. The company advised me to contact my bank. I contacted SBI, Malki ( Dhankheti) branch, shilling. The person in the bank wanted me to come in person. I told him I am working presently far away from the city in the rural area. But the person in the SBI, Malki Branch said that it is my problem and he hung up. I am very disappointed with the bank. How can I leave my patients in the PHC and come to the bank. Isn't online banking meant for people like me working in the rurals who need online banking and supports from the SBI, India. I, therefore, request the higher authority to take action against such bank official for the inefficiency. Was this information helpful? | |||
