State Bank Of India [SBI] — Issue credit card without permission

Sir my mother account([protected]) running in sbi bank mohanpura roorkee she is illutrate but Sbi bank release credit card without any approval of her .credit card no [protected], she is not use this card till now but bank deduct 335.96 rs last year in my mother account .my mother is helpless to stop this card through tollfree no because my mother birth date is registered uncorrect in credit card. Bank manager says that I can not any help in this case because this is seprate department so I request that pls stop this credit card and refund my mother amount thanks.mo [protected]
