State Bank Of India [SBI] — Laziness in renewal of policy | |||||
This is regarding my four wheeler insurance policy number 2454266 which is due for renewal on 23rd January 2016. The person from SBI General Insurance(Mr Dhanyakumar S(Contact Number : [protected]) called me up a month back for renewal of the policy and after multiple and regular follow up, I paid up an amount of Rs 12998.00 on 14th January 2016 at 14:03:31 hours (Ref number[protected], and neither they have bothered to call me back after getting the payment nor did applied for the renewal of the policy(As per SBI Gereral Insurance Customer Care). The policy owner, my wife, she herself is an SBI employee, and this is the kind of service even an employee get from their own subsidiary company SBI General Insurance- which is run by a set of lazy people, and no one bother to take responsibility for even a small thing like renewal of a policy. Sometime I scared, how well they might be treating the outside customer. I have a car and a valid insurance, but I cant take the car out from tomorrow onward, due to a lazy set of people sitting in SBI General Insurance. Even they are spoiling the reputed brand name like SBI. My humble request to SBI General Insurance company to get my policy renewed before its expiry.
