Sir I have recharged a mob no. [protected] airtel for rs. 305/- through sbi freedom online mobile banking but amount had been deducted from my sbi ac no [protected] on 22 Oct 16 but mobile recharged failed.still rs.305/- have not been reverted in my account. a message received after transaction that your "your transaction is under process" but neither mobile recharged nor amount of Rs.305/- refunded to my ac no. I had tried to make entry in my pass book at E corner counter of Sarkanda SBi. After entry of one page the passbook was jammed in the machine and the entries could not printed. Amount of rs 115 was deducted for printing at your branch for none of my fault. I made complaint on 07 Sept 2016 for refund. Personally twice I requested after 07 Sep.

I have already update my new contact before 3 month. All sms alert are found. But some Last week no OTP has received. and after complaint received the complaint id OS[protected] but after 3 days closed without resolution. He found my old number but i have already update my second time new number. He told oldest number. Why?

As per standing instruction every 5 day of month recovered my house building loan ac no-[protected], emi charged rs.16700/- from my sb ac no-[protected] in time.
But late emi charged rs.575/- shown debited in my above loan ac for 30/9/2016. I am also brought to notice to racpc/hwh, & br. Manager/uttarpara br.

ATM pin is not available in my home address, and bank say pin no is not available in a bank, and I try to last 2 months in bank to not a good ans
