State Bank Of India [SBI] — Mobile recharge money was not refunded by bank | |||||
I am using Mobile banking of state bank of india.its happening twice with me i make recharge amount deducted from my bank account & recharge had not done.I make a complaint to sbi customer support but they told me their was no such transication i.d available so no refund is provided to you.I have statement of bank with the transication i.d that is a proof of my recharge and deduction. I mailed many time on mb.[protected]@sbi.co.in no response is from there. Customer care provides me wrong email i.d or contact no. from where i won't get any response. My transiction id is FH09220322 recharge made to relience cdma status unsuccessful date of recharge 21/04/2016 date of refund complaint 28/04/2016 comlaint no. MB[protected] customer care told me on 25/05/2016 Account no. associated [protected] your information was wrong or not in record. make bank to refund my money. relvent images of email and mini statement of bank which proves amount was deducted are attached Was this information helpful? | |||||
