[Resolved] State Bank Of India [SBI] — Mobile recharge not done | |||||
Date: 25 april 2016 Time: 6:29:33 pm I was opened sbi online website as usual for netbanking. First time i checked "Mobile/DTH recharge" option in menu. As a requirement i opened to recharge my Bharti Airtel mobile number to recharge. I clicked that option. I was selected SBI-InstaPay / SBI-OxiPay service and clicked experience "SBI-OxiPay" now to go through that. accepted the terms & conditions by confirming. A new page was opened. entered and re-entered the mobile number to be recharge, selected the operator as airtel. Region as Andhra Pradesh. for recharge amount clicked the recharge plan to check available recharges, I found the 3g plan 97/- for recharge. entered the amount 97/- for recharge in recharge amount option. Amount was successfully deducted from my SBI account. But recharge was not done! I have also attached the print of the receipt and email copy print below. I have waited days. Kindly requesting refund amount of 97/- to my account. Was this information helpful? | |||||
