I have deposited Rs. 3, 000.00 in CDM, Machine at Chandrapura, Bokaro under SBI, Chandrapura, IFSC Code - SBIN0002925 but the money was not credited to my account.

Immediately, I brought the matter to ATM Guard, Mr. Karmachand and SBI Officer Mr. Das including the Branch Manager of SBI, Chandrapura.

Being a lady and belonging to Sechedule Trubke (ST) category they have not only humiliated me but told me to forget the money. They are not ready to cooperate me and they are asking for Rs. 2400.00 for processing charge.

I am feeling very much helpless and badly cheated by SBI.

Kinldy help me and arrange to credit Rs. 3, 000.00 in my SBI Saving A/C No. - [protected].

Have an account in sbi kalaiyar koil deposited money of 9K They deducted Rs.57.50 as Intercity charges without prior information. This is really bad for such a big bank which has network allover the country... They should reverse the charges for even depositing money in the bank... Not fair help me to return
