State Bank Of India (SBI) — Non issuing of Online Net Banking

Dear Sir, My name is Biswarup Das, I am a account holder on "State Bank of India", Baksara Branch, Howrah (Branch code 12427). I am complaining about very bad service of them. I need to activate Online Banking urgently, for that I have visted the branch thrice, even one day I have to stand in the line over one & half hour. Every day I am returning empty handed with silly excuses. The other branches do these works immediately, so why cant they? Please look after my concern, I am a working person, I cant visit the branch & oiling the bank personal everyday. your sincerely Biswarup Das
