1. I am posted with Records Mech Inf Regt, Ahmednagar. I have an DSP Acct with SBI, Grenadiers Regt Centre, Jabalpur Br since Sep 2009. I had requested SBI, Jabalpur (IFS Code SBIN0010466) vide my letter No.5172/Vasu/Pers dated 25 Jul 2016 to issue fresh ATM Debit Card with Variant Gold(Master Card) according to my current designation and as per my entitlement.
2. I have not even given any CIF by the Jabalpur Br since 12 Sep 2009. On sending CPGRAMS Greviences on 08 Sep 2016, SBI, Jabalpur said me, 'As per RBI instruction only one CIF (Customer information file) can be opened for a customer and i should ask the my native place i.e, Honavar Branch (0259) Bank, where i have my Savings Bank acct, to do transferd CIF No from there to Jabalpur Branch for issue fresh ATM.
3. Then how i had been initial Normal ATM Card when i opened accout at Jabalpur?
How i had been given Cheque book during 2011?
Why customer should appch his one branch where he has his SAVINGS BANK ACCT to get transfer his CIF No to another Branch where he has DEFENCE SERVICE PACKAGE ACCT and that to on which authority?
Why the genuine customer should be harassed for his own entitlements?
4. I have already sent letter to SBI, Jabalpur, Spoken to Bank Manager on mobile, forwarded my complaint on CPGRAMS as well as sent email also to sbi group and also to SBI, Jabalpur Branch but, so far i have not got any satisfactory response. I need fresh ATM Debit Card with variant Gold (Master Card) for which i am very much entitled.
5. Please do the needful.
