My name is munieeshwaran my a/c number is [protected] pan card no:ATXPM5223H i have problem for this sbi card i was apply the time the executive told me u don't want to pay anything for any fees how much you paying that much you will get loan for your card your not pay any also no problem 1400rs year fees that also you will get waiver, you apply the card means you will get call from cusmer care what ever they say you will say ok and they will send you card also she sayed then only i was i apply the card now my cibil scores is very low becaz of this card so kindly help me this issue please ingerus my cibil scores, no one give me full infome to me i don't want face any problem and i get maill for sbi card like this, i am not using any sbi card, so knidly cancel this card i don't want to pay any unless money so kindly cancel the card, for this card my CIBIL scores very low...please help me this issue thank you Munieeshwaran.L [protected] [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||

This is with reference to your communication dated 14/1/2016.
Charges Reversal Related: We hereby inform you that we have credited Rs.500/- and Rs.350/- plus government service tax (as per applicable charges) towards the annual Fee and payment dishonour fee, which would reflect on your statement of account dated 12/2/016.
Please note that credit towards the Government Service tax will be processed on your SBI card on the statement generation date, hence we request you to remit the payment towards the Government Service Tax levied on your account to avoid fresh accrual of charges. Excess payment received, if any will be adjusted towards future purchases on your account.
Finance Charges Reversal: We wish to inform you that we have taken note of your request vide reference number 1-4710753854 and we shall get the same resolved at the earliest.
We would be intimating you shortly on the status of the same.
Incase of any query, would request you to reply at [email protected] using the same subject line or contact the SBI Card helpline at 1860 180 1290 (toll), 39 02 02 02 (prefix local STD code) or 1800 180 1290 (toll free).
