State Bank Of India [SBI] — Sbi virtual card

This is for your kind information that i have saving bank account in the sbi m.i.t muzaffarpur branch bearing account number *****055215.on 18/06/2016 i created a virtual visa card bearing card number [protected] through internet banking of rs 2500/- only.
On 19/06/2016 i used this card for booking online railway ticket through irctc which cost me rs 2164.89/-.the reaming amount rs 355.[protected].89) is not credited on my sb account.
i already mailed to sbi at
1.helpline.[protected]@sbi.co.in dated 21/06/2016
2.sbi.[protected]@sbi.co.in dated 21/06/2016
3.nwno1.[protected]@sbi.co.in dated 04/07/2016
4.gm.[protected]@sbi.co.in dated 04/07/2016
5.cm2it.[protected]@sbi.co.in dated 06/07/2016
6 chairmansbi.[protected]@sbi.co.in dated 11/07/2016.

And also did the online complaint with complain number ov[protected] dated 21/06/2016.screen shot attached.but till dated 16/07/2016 i not get any call or any e-mail from sbi.

I dont know where to complain or approach to whom because i already mail to the higher authority of sbi.
Kindly suggest me.
