Dear sir, i would like to inform you that in service industry we should be polite and helping with the customers. When i visited the branch of Sawai Madhopur today ( Alanpur road) i was shocked with the behaviour of BM ( Mr. Aswal) instead of handling the situation he was blaming me.Really dishonoured with his behaviour.I am not having enough words to explain my grivience.
