[Resolved] State Bank Of India [SBI] — Unidentified credit card transaction | |||||
There has been unidentified card transaction on my mother's credit card for rs. 8459/- from shopmantraa.com as on[protected]. The card was immediately blocked but on speaking the customer care executives ravi and amankumar about the stop payment it was informed that they could not see any such transaction. But the message regarding the same has been received on the registered mobile number. Please advice for the same immediately.
