Customer services at SBI Vaniyambadi Taluk, Vellore district. TamilNadu was stooping down to the worst condition. I personally, avoid going to the branch most of the time. Sorry to say that the staff were treating the customers disrespectfully.Though occasionally whenever I go the bank I read the sentences of Mahatma Gandhiji in the flash board which I don't feel there. Please review the situation by sending your top officials for inspection. I would be glad if you take steps to overhaul the condition and making me feel what our father of nation said on customers!!
