Hello Sir/Ma'am, I'm Sangeeta sinha. I have an account in Govindpur, Jamshedpur SBI branch code- 06712. A/c no. is [protected]. Had applied for Demat account for the same account no. by Mr. Jyoti kumar sharma, the marketing executive of SBICAP Securities Limited, Telco Campus Branch, Jamshedpur, on 22nd November 2014. While opening the demat account, he forcefully made me open the account in SBI.. At the same time, I applied for the net banking activity for the same account, so that i'll be able trade online myself. Mr. Jyoti told me that, I'll get the related document regarding the online banking within 2 to 3 days. Now it is going to be a month and I'm still facing with the same issue. I still did not get the online banking password. I'm able to login to Trading account but because, I did not get the online banking activity, I'm unable to trade. Well, this is not a big issue.. The issue is that, Mr. Jyoti is not responding my call. I call him, he says, I will call u back.. but never calls back... I keep on calling him but he doesn't receive my call... I want to complain for his irresponsible behaviour.. If I were aware of the service of SBI, I would not have opened Demat account in the same bank..
