State Bank Of India — Unable to carry transaction through internet banking | |||
Dear Team, I have been trying to make payments, transfer money from my SBI account but all in vain. OTP is not generated on my mobile. And when I complained about the same, customer care asked me to visit home branch. I stay in Mumbai and my home branch is in Pune. Just to submit a form, you cannot expect me to and visit the branch. Rather it should be done online if it is an online banking problem. Kindly adopt some good practices from Banks like HDFC and ICICI who provide assistance online. How can a company close a complaint without providing a solution. What the SBI team did was telling how big bank they are and how they are called a reputed bank.
Listen folks, you dont have to shout and tell how good you are that shows your fear..just a peice of advice.
And do let me know if you are capable of solving my problem. Or you can also tell me directly that your are incapable of it.
It is sometimes good to accept flaws too.
