State Bank of India — unauthorized deduction of balance

I am used sbi debit cart, for last two year . I am withdrawal 10000+10000+10000 total 30000. but bank deduct 40000 .&I am raise the complaint in branch he replied that you withdral rs40000 is right .& i requested to open the CCTV fotege of 4july 2014 on 1.10pm to 1.40 pm .but the bank not provide these fotege because he ask that 1600 rs charged so plz sir kindly suggest me ...
