State Bank Of India — without any reason 1012 dudect from my a/c

Dear sir, Myself Mandakini Samal I have an a\c in SBI bhubaneswar branch code 12022, with vide no [protected], my problem is I have a loan in Capital First finance company, where as i have given my chq to the same company, before EMI date i v deposits my emi, but with out any reason Rs-1012 has been credit therefore I m being defaulter at financier. they have 2 date to clear their EMI, due to my salary i m unable to deposite on first date so kindly Return my fines of Rs-1012 in month March n April, If not done from your side I will go for Consumer Court, If I v such amount to paid why i would like to to take loan.Emi date is on 05, 08 every month, I v to pay (506+800, :SBI:CF) every month against EMI of Rs-2084.Kindly return my 1265 rupees with in last 3 month.
