[Resolved] State Bank of Patiala — complaint regarding misuse of ATM card by someoneelse

Sir, It is submitted that I am the customer of your bank holding saving bank account no.[protected] with your bank. I have ATM Card also against this account no. On dated[protected], at about 2.10 PM, I received some messages on my mobile phone no.[protected] from your banksite BX-ATMSBP that "Thank you for using your SBP Debit Card 603xx4942 for purchase worth Rs.30089 on POS [protected] at Amazon_BD txn#[protected]. " In this way, i have received 8 messages and as per all the messages, Rs.43029/-has been withdrawn from my account through ATM by shopping on POS. I was shocking to read these messages because I did not use my ATM card for any kind of shopping. Neither, I share my ATM Card nor I share my secret number with anybodyelse. After receving these message, I, immediately, blocked my ATM card and simultaneously I call you and told my grievences. In this regard, a message was also sent to you. It is also mentioned here that ATM card is with me at this time. You are, therefore, requested to look into the matter and my account may kindly be cleared.
