[Resolved]  State Bank Of Travancore — No response from Manager

I am a customer for SBT Coonoor Branch 643 101, Bedford Circle, Tamilnadu, since 1983. I am a Canadian citizen, however, I file my Income Tax Returns for Income earned in india. I have 2 accouts (1) NRI (2) NRO. On Sept. 29th I wrote an e-mail asking for Bank Statements for both the accounts, to report the interest income, if ant. On Oct. 10th I wrote again, thereafter I called several times. To this day I have not heard a word from my branch, verbally or in writing. I had warned the branch in my subsequent messages that I would not hesitate to take up this matter with the GM, if necessary. I spent a few fours to get to this site. I have all the copies of my messages addressed to the Manager. I do not have an e-mail ID to send it to you. I am angry, frustrated and absolutely disappointed. .I have several Managers since 1983, but have not found one seated in that office presently. I hope to hear from you soon.
