I hv the ac in SBT bank at nangli sakrswati nangli diary branch.I m very disappointed with your service at this branch.I hv face the service problem in second time a month.today I hd sent my husband to ur branch for withdrawal with self cheque and my id but ur branch manager and staff had not pass my cheque the reason is self cheque is not accepted by the bank.I need the cash on urgent basis but I m in office so I cant go.then I hv send my office runner to ur Gurgaon branch with self cheque of rs30000 and bank has passed my cheque.I cant understand why I hv face the problem in ur Arjun park branch.we can't waste our time to travel one bank to other bank.so what is the benefit of home branch.I m seriously very disappointed with this branch service the new staff is not cooperative.pls take the action
