I have been complaining since more than a month but I continue to receive messages regarding a booking I made in August 2015. There has been no resolution on my complain yet. This is the message I am receiving - Thank you for booking with us. We have received your payment of Rs.5642 for your stay at Savshanti Lake Resort from[protected] to[protected]. You will receive your Check-in pass before[protected]. To manage your booking, login to our concierge service(www.stayzilla.com/concierge).
