Horrible Experience: Hello Guys, I just came back my 10 Days Tour from Kerala. Used Stayzilla.com for all Bookings. I Read this reviews before Booking than only tries them as Booking.com was not having much Options. First of all for New comers i would like to tell you there process. You Select Hotel from Website . Make Payment (PLZ DONT PAY FULL AMOUNT TO SAVE YOURSELF FROM HARASSMENT ) PAY the minimum amount 10% etc. Once you paid the amount than you will receive a mail from Stayzilla that Thanks for Booking you will get a Confirmation mail in 3 Hours.. GUYS This CONFIRMATION MAIL which they promise in 3 hour HARDLY comes in 3 Hours. AND Point to be noted not like booking.com that once you book you should get relax that booking is confirm, HERE you cant be relax till you get CONFIRMATION MAIL for that particular hotel. As without confirmation mail our hotel is not booked Even after giving them amount. AS they start checking and calling hotels for ROOMS ones you pay them some amount and POINT TO BE NOTED Maximum hotels dont know Stayzilla they just take their calls casually for room booking. So our Train was on 9th we were reaching Kochi on 10th. From Kochi to Munnar we will be reaching in night and staying in Kallarackal homestay (FOR WHICH CONFIRMATION MAIL THEY HAVE NOT SENT AND WE PAID STUPIDLY 5000 AMOUNT TO STAYZILLA FOR THIS BOOKING) We were leaving from mumbai with a Question mark where we will stay tomorrow night with Kids and Family. We called them on 9th every 2 hours there customer care people just making promises that we will get confirmation in 1 hour, 2 hour etc but no mail no call from their side we received. Whole 9th, 10th Jan we called them, Shouted them, Requested them, Begged them to do something but every time new person new story. As we were with family so was too much concern where we will stay in night as Car etc was already booked. After so much shouting and firing on them they on 10th evening given us another hotel confirmation as booked hotel was not having rooms. They told us to pay full amount in this another hotel and previous amount of 5000 they will refund in 2 days which I still on 20th Jan I didnt received and just shouted them again on call centre. Second Hotel Thekkady was booked and confirmed but they too first time heard abt Stayzilla Well there not any problem we faced . after that In Allepey House boat was also ok . Than We came to Kannur Where we booked 2 Standard non AC in PALM GROVE HARITAGE . GUYS PLZ PLZ Dont ever prefer this Hotel too. People out there was too much arrogant. all Aged people who dont knw internet and mails. They were not ready to listen our booking through Stayzilla.com. They said we dont knw Stayzilla Wistazilla pay full amount for 3 days here on the spot that too on current charges. They were not ready to see copy of mail and amount as advance we paid to Stayzilla.com .They took full amount . The room was worst in whole kerala trip . Non Standard AC is I think Crime in their Hotel. They dont respect people. They dont have proper staff all Circus boys are working in their hotel. they dont have basic manner to handle Guest. They will not change your bed sheet even if you tell them whole day. If you eat something use their plates whole day ur plate will be out side o[censored]r room but instead of reminding they will not pick it up. Room was too Dirty, Bathroom was tidy, Flush not working, Terrible experience. And Stayzilla had taken 10% for this room and that Hotel took whole amount from us on the spot. My husband was not having that much we told them we pay 2000 we have to go ATM we were not knowing you need full amount . But they made us stay out side was not ready to make us checkin till they received the full amount. I m shocked PEOPLE in Hotel industry too have such manner less and ethics less staff as this industry is totally depends on Manners and Ethics. So As a Whole I will not at all Use Stayzilla in my WHOLE LIFE . and PLZ My Friends, Other people out there plz plz plz its a request dont make ur trip horrifying as we did by using this Stayzilla website.

Cheated with hotel booking

I booked a room through stayzilla, but I got cheated the hotel I booked was not having water and current and they have taken full money from me.I feel like this is my life worse experience
