Sterling Holidays — not giving refund of my amount paid

I had paid an amount of Rs 5043/- towards partial payment for getting membership in sterling holidays on 19/01/2015. I had send a mail to sterling holidays at [protected]@sterlingholidays.com on 20/01/2015 with all details for refund of my partial amount to sterling holidays due to some unavoidable circumstances, and the representative who give me the all detail regarding membership is also told that the amount you are paying is refundable if you want to refund. From 20/01/2015 to till date(10/03/2015) i had mailed 6 times to sterling for getting refund of Rs 5043/- but there was no response given by sterling. Please look into the matter and refund my amount of Rs 5043/- as soon as possible. The representative number is [protected] who give me the all detail regarding membership.
