Sterling Holiday Resorts — Not getting refund of membership fees

I had given a amount of Rs.27105/- for a membership with Sterling Holiday. I had received my registration Number 1225180 on 17th December.
Due to some financial issue i do not want to continue my membership so i applied for cancellation of membership on 18th December . I had written a e mail to them and i got a reference number for the same for my application acknowledge.
As per term and condition i am eligible to get refund if i applied within 10 days.
Now they are saying we do not have refund policy.

Updated by pranay shah 76 Sterling Holiday is trying to stretch the matter and only giving assurance to resolve the issue. Till date no any commitment is received from them
