I have regularly paid EMI of my sterling holiday package. I have paid my EMI of september on 28.08.2014 through netbanking and again sterling had deducted EMI on 07.09.2014 through credit card without my knowledge. The matter was communicated to sterling cust. care through mail and also through telephone repeatedly, but no response from their end.
I think they are cheating customers.
