I, the had invested in a Teak tree offered by Sterling Tree Magnum India Ltd in the year 1994 on 18/10/1994 paying Rs. 2950=00 (Certificate number D4823, Application No. G-101502) in the name of my minor son ABHISHEK GUPTA (s/o Sh A. K. Gupta).
As per the certificate company shall be responsible for growing, maintaining the tree for 20 years and handover the tree or the applicable amount at the time of maturity in 2014 on 17/10/2014 and the Maturity Amount is Rs.1, 44, 000=00. And this Investment of Rs.2950=00 is paid through The Haryana State Cooperative Apex Bank Ltd. Sec17 B Chandigarh bearing cheque no. 877343 dated 18/10/1994.
Despite several reminders, I have not received the interm returns which i was liable to receive after 6th and 12th year and not even received the maturity ammount.
